REFUND POLICY

At Technoverge, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make it right. Please review our refund and return terms below.

1. Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

  • Opened earbuds or headphones

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software or digital products

3. Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

4. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email tecnoverge.help@gmail.com with your order details and a photo of the issue.

5. Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from it (if applicable).

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.

  3. Then reach out to us at support@technoverge.com if the issue persists.
